Order Instructions and Timeline: PLEASE REVIEW
To ensure timely and accurate processing of your order, please follow these guidelines:

Required Information:
LOCATED in the notes/comment area in your transaction shopping cart, kindly provide any of the following details you would like on your bow:
•⁠ ⁠Bootcamp Sailor's Ship # Division #
•⁠ ⁠Sr. Last Name (or equivalent for other military branches)
•⁠ If you wish not to include a name, please also inform me. I will send an email requesting missing information until I receive a response. Your ribbon will be held in my custody until I have clarified the information, which prevents any missing text on your ribbon upon delivery.
•⁠ Please advise that the information provided for your bow must not break any OSPEC regulations.

Production and Shipping Timeline:
•⁠ I collect all orders made in a weekly batch, such as Thursday @12pm -Thursday @12pm, and make them Monday-Tuesday, in time for Wednesday drop-off. Orders placed after Thursday at 12 will be collected for the upcoming week's batch.
•⁠ Shipping tracking number emails go out every THURSDAY from the date of placing your order. Check your spam email if you haven’t received it.
⁠•⁠Delivery time: Packages go out every WEDNESDAY, then, 3-5 working business days once dropped off at the post office. Drop off is considered every Wednesday! ( 3 days east coast, 5 days west coast) FEDERAL holidays do cause delays.
•⁠ ⁠Please allow 1 weekend for your order to be created, 2 weekends if it is a bigger order (policy has been renewed). If you have any issues with item delivery time, email me at [email protected]

The USPS, as a postal office company, is responsible for delivering all packages promptly. Please see your local post office for details if issues occur, I would only have the same information you have, such as tracking number‼️

•⁠ Reminder: I am a full-time fashion major student at FIT in NYC, so I do my best to get these bows made and sent out as soon as possible as a one-woman show!
