The Brands Designer
Karina Urbina, Founder and Designer of KAR/NA (KARINAURINAOFFICIAL LLC), commenced her entrepreneurial journey at 16 in March 2020. Initially operating under the name Rose Moon Co, Karina's brand has undergone a transformative journey. Once she became a part of the military community, with her partner of 6 years, he joined the Navy branch. He introduced her to the yellow ribbon cadence through a letter from boot camp, and Karina took the concept of it, creating a yellow ribbon to wear to his graduation and gaining recognition through TikTok and other platforms. The rest is history. Culminating in its evolution into KAR/NA. This namesake brand reflects her personal growth and self-acceptance. With a passion for fashion that began at the age of seven, Karina has successfully channeled her creativity into a thriving business, bringing the community together with new members in the military. She showcases her unique design aesthetic and artistic vision.
